Installing an ITS system is simple by design.  The unit(s) will arrive on-site with most components pre-installed at our facility.  Some items such as sensitive electronics or other unique equipment might be packaged and shipped loose for installation upon delivery.

Your job is to …

  • Prepare site infrastructure, usually with a small pump station/flow EQ system and a concrete foundation with conduit penetrations (see our project specific drawings for slab details);

  • Check the Bill of Materials to make sure everything the system needs is included, specifically if there are protected or separately shipped items;

  • Hoist the container off the delivery truck and place it with a crane on the concrete pad, install anchors;

  • Connect site piping, power, and communications in the container;

  • Install any loose shipped items;

  • Punch list and touch up paint if needed.

Please coordinate with the Owner and Engineer in advance if ITS personnel are needed to assist with startup and commissioning of the plant.
